The LHMUA Beauty Standard & Booking Policies
To maintain an elite, non-negotiable level of luxury service and protect the operational calendar of our master artists, LHMUA Beauty enforces the following professional standards:
- Securing Your Appointment: All bookings require a secure 50% non-refundable retainer feeprocessed via StyleSeat. Your appointment is not finalized until this deposit is received.
- Cancellations & Adjustments: We require a 72-hour notice for any scheduling adjustments. Cancellations or changes within 72 hours forfeit the retainer. No-shows or cancellations within 15 minutes of the start time will be billed for the remaining 50% of the service balance.
- Travel & Concierge Fees: Complimentary travel is provided within 15 miles of Quincy, MA. Extended zones incur flat-rate travel fees. Clients are fully responsible for all venue parking and valet costs, which will be added directly to the final invoice.e scheduled start time, the appointment is canceled as a "No-Show," and the remaining 50% balance is automatically charged to the card on file.
