These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of lhmuabeauty.com and services offered by LHMUA Beauty by Monet. Appointment details provided through the booking calendar, consultation, quote, invoice, contract, or written confirmation also apply.
BOOKING AND AVAILABILITY
Website descriptions are general. Current services, prices, duration, availability, travel charges, and checkout totals are displayed through the live booking calendar or provided in a written quote.
Submitting a request or sending a message does not reserve an appointment. Your appointment is confirmed only after LHMUA provides confirmation and any required deposit or payment is received.
PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS
Deposit requirements, payment deadlines, cancellation rules, rescheduling policies, late fees, no-show charges, and refund limitations displayed during booking or included in your written confirmation become part of your agreement.
Bridal, group, destination, custom, and on-call services may require a separate contract, retainer, final headcount, and payment schedule.
MOBILE AND EVENT SERVICES
Clients must provide a safe, clean, well-lit, and accessible work area with any electricity, table, chair, parking, building access, and permissions reasonably required for the appointment.
Travel, parking, tolls, airfare, lodging, baggage, local transportation, assistants, early start times, extended waiting, or schedule changes may result in additional charges when included in the booking or written agreement.
CLIENT PREPARATION AND SAFETY
Clients must disclose allergies, sensitivities, injuries, scalp or skin concerns, contagious conditions, recent procedures, or other information that may affect the safety of a service.
LHMUA may modify, postpone, or decline a service when reasonably necessary for safety, sanitation, licensing, timing, or professional judgment.

SERVICE RESULTS
Results vary depending on hair, skin, preparation, previous services, environmental conditions, timing, and the requested look. Inspiration photographs provide guidance but do not guarantee an identical result.
WIGS, EXTENSIONS, AND CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom wigs, hair, extensions, materials, and special orders require consultation and written confirmation.
Once materials have been ordered, opened, customized, or used to begin the work, cancellation or refund options may be limited according to the applicable quote or agreement.
DESTINATION BEAUTY AND TRAVEL
Destination beauty services are not confirmed until the location, dates, services, number of people, schedule, travel arrangements, expenses, and payment terms are approved in writing.
The destination link on this website leads to an independent travel or membership platform. LHMUA does not control its hotels, inventory, prices, rewards, reservations, fees, cancellations, refunds, availability, or customer service.
LHMUA may receive a referral benefit, credit, or commission from qualifying activity through designated travel, product, or partner links. Review the third party’s policies before enrolling or purchasing.
PRODUCTS AND OUTSIDE STORES
Products purchased through Avon or another outside store are subject to that seller’s inventory, pricing, shipping, returns, warranties, and policies. Product recommendations do not guarantee a particular result.
PHOTOGRAPHS AND REVIEWS
Clients retain ownership of their original content. LHMUA will obtain or confirm permission before publishing an identifiable client photograph or review.
WEBSITE CONTENT
The LHMUA name, branding, original text, photographs, graphics, and business materials may not be copied, republished, or commercially used without permission.
THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES
Outside links are provided for convenience. LHMUA is not responsible for the content, security, accessibility, services, policies, or transactions of third-party websites.
CHANGES AND CONTACT
LHMUA may update these terms as services or business practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Effective October 21, 2026
This policy explains how cancellations, service concerns, custom items, product returns, and third-party purchases are handled by LHMUA Beauty by Monet.
The policies displayed during booking or included in your written quote, invoice, contract, or appointment confirmation also apply.
BEAUTY SERVICES
Beauty services cannot be returned after they have been performed. If you have a concern about a completed service, contact LHMUA as soon as possible with your appointment information and a description of the concern.
Depending on the circumstances, LHMUA may offer a correction, service adjustment, service credit, partial refund, or another reasonable solution.
Changes in personal preference, failure to follow preparation or aftercare instructions, undisclosed hair or skin history, weather, water exposure, physical activity, or changes made by another person after the appointment may limit the available resolution.
DEPOSITS AND RETAINERS
Deposits and retainers reserve appointment time, preparation, travel availability, products, materials, or staff.
The deposit, cancellation, rescheduling, late-arrival, and no-show policies displayed during booking or included in your written agreement apply to your appointment.
A cancellation is not complete until it is confirmed by LHMUA or the applicable booking platform.
Deposits may be nonrefundable when a client cancels outside the permitted window, does not attend the appointment, arrives too late to complete the service, or changes the confirmed services, group size, or location.
CANCELLATIONS BY LHMUA
If LHMUA cancels an appointment and cannot provide a reasonable alternative, payments made directly to LHMUA for services that were not provided will be reviewed for a refund to the original payment method.
BRIDAL, GROUP, EVENT, AND DESTINATION BOOKINGS
Bridal, group, event, on-call, contracted, and destination services may require a nonrefundable retainer, minimum booking amount, final headcount, travel arrangements, assistants, and scheduled payment deadlines.
The signed agreement or written quote controls the refund and cancellation terms.
Payments already used or committed toward transportation, airfare, lodging, assistants, supplies, hair, products, or other nonrecoverable expenses may not be refundable.
CUSTOM WIGS, EXTENSIONS, AND SPECIAL ORDERS
Custom wigs, extensions, hair, and special-order materials are selected or created for an individual client.
Once materials have been purchased, opened, colored, altered, customized, or used to begin the work, the order may be nonreturnable and payments may be nonrefundable.
If an item supplied directly by LHMUA is damaged, incorrect, or materially different from the confirmed written order, contact LHMUA before wearing, installing, altering, washing, or removing tags. Keep the item, packaging, receipt, and photographs for review.
PRODUCTS PURCHASED DIRECTLY FROM LHMUA
Contact LHMUA before returning any product.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or unsealed cosmetics, skincare, haircare, tools, and personal-care items are generally not returnable unless the item is defective, incorrect, or a return is otherwise required by law.
Approved returns must include the original product, packaging, and proof of purchase.
AVON PURCHASES
Products purchased through Loui’s Avon link are sold and fulfilled by Avon. Avon controls its pricing, payments, shipping, exchanges, returns, refunds, and product warranties.
Avon refund or return requests must be submitted directly to Avon using the order information and policies provided with the purchase.
TRAVEL MEMBERSHIPS AND RESERVATIONS
The destination link on lhmuabeauty.com leads to an independent travel or membership platform.
That provider controls enrollment, hotel inventory, reservations, prices, charges, rewards, cancellations, travel credits, refunds, and customer service.
Travel-related refund requests must be submitted directly to the company that processed the transaction. LHMUA cannot cancel or refund purchases made through an outside travel platform.
LHMUA beauty services booked for the trip remain subject to the separate LHMUA agreement.
REFUND PROCESSING
Approved refunds are normally returned through the original payment method or the provider that processed the payment.
Processing times established by banks, credit-card companies, booking platforms, or payment providers are outside LHMUA’s control.
Service credits are not cash and may be subject to the conditions provided when the credit is issued.
